Designer Profile: Whole Circle Studio

While at Quilt Market in Houston, we got to meet Sheri Cifaldi-Morrill of Whole Circle Studio. Sheri designs and makes patterns for beautiful modern quilts. She came to Houston for her first show at Quilt Market from New Haven, Connecticut.

Sheri's quilts have received many awards, including QuiltCon, Quilt Week, and Quilt Alliance. We could see why immediately by looking at her stunning quilts.

Sheri's quilts showcase bright colours and geographic shapes, which are evident in all of the quilts that we saw on display.

The patterns range in skill level from beginner to intermediate. Some combine half square triangles and some require paper piecing. Others require curved piecing while some have straight stitching. Each pattern that Sheri creates contain detailed instructions and diagrams, which make her quilts a breeze to piece. Her patterns are very easy to follow and detailed in instructions.

Two Flying Geese is the only store in Canada to carry Whole Circle Studio patterns and we are so happy to be the first to do so!

Happy quilting!
